Justin P. Raynor, of Cornwall, NY entered into eternal rest on April 30, 2017 at his home. He was 24 years old.
The son of Kenneth A. Raynor of Cornwall, NY and Michele Strohmeier Raynor of New Windsor, NY, Justin was born on June 9, 1992 in Newburgh, NY.
Justin was a 2010 Graduate of Cornwall High School and honorably and proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. Justin was an Electrical Apprentice with IBEW Local #3 in New York City, NY. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. Along with Justin’s love for the outdoors, whether it was out riding, hunting, or fishing, Justin had an unconditional love for his two dogs, Molly and Kato. Justin will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
In addition to both of his parents, Justin is survived by his sister, Kaitlyn M. Raynor and his brother, Matthew H. Raynor, both at home; his maternal grandparents, Jeanne and Fred Strohmeier of Highland Mills, NY; and his paternal grandfather, George A. Raynor of Catskill, NY. Justin was loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins as well.
Visitation will be held 2 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 6th at Quigley Bros. Funeral Home, 337 Hudson St. Cornwall-On-Hudson NY. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, May 6th at the funeral home. Cremation will follow at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
