Arrests
01/24/17 Christopher D Roth, age 21, of Port Jervis, NY was arrested and charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree.
01/24/17 Michael Masucci Jr, age 31, of Montgomery, NY was arrested and charged with reckless driving and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
01/26/17 Michael Sebastian, age 25, of Newburgh, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed driver and an equipment charge.
01/28/17 A 17 yr old female from Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
01/28/17 An 18 yr old female was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
01/28/17 Peter S Davidson, age 19, of Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree, possession of stolen property in the 4th degree and forgery in the 3rd degree.
01/31/17 A 35 yr old female from Monroe, NY was arrested and charged with suspended registration.
02/05/17 A 36 yr old male from Washingtonville, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
02/03/17 An 18 yr old male from New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property in the 4th degree.
Incidents
01/24/17 A woman reported that several charges were made on her mother’s credit and and debit card.
01/24/17 Cornwall Police assist other Police to chase a stolen car on Rt 9w South. The vehicle crashed on Willow Ave. Police made 2 arrests. Cornwall Fire Dept responded for the smoking car and COVAC for the 2 subjects in custody.
01/25/17 A subject stated that a strange man banged on her door when she was not at home and told her children to let him in.
01/26/17 A caller reported that a male and female were knocking on doors on Russell St. The subjects were advised that they needed a permit for solicitation.
01/28/17 Cornwall Fire Dept and Salisbury Mills FD dispatched for a hiker stuck on the ice off the trail on Otterkill Rd.
01/31/17 A complainant reported the 3 credit cards were opened in her name and her address was changed to a west orange address in NJ.
02/02/17 Police respond to Rt 9W south in the Town of Highlands for a vehicle rollover.
02/04/17 A caller reported missing packages that were marked as deleivered by UPS.
02/05/17 A car hit a well on Angola Rd. and was leaking fuel. Cornwall Fire Dept was dispatched
