12/19/16-1/1/17

Arrests

12/23/16 Barbara A Freson, age 49, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with petit larceny after it was alleged to have stolen a wristwatch valued at $188 from Jones Farm.
12/24/16 Juliet A Stafford, age 35, of New Windsor, NY was arrested on a warrant from NJ.
12/24/16 A 39 yr old male from Cornwall, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment on the 2nd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree.

Incidents
12/21/16 A caller reported that 2 juveniles were skating on the pond. The pond was not testing for safety and the juveniles were advised.
12/21/16 A person walked into the station and reported fraud. While he was out of the country for a few months, an unknown person got a hold of his bank promotional checks and used them to pay off their credit card account in the amount of $4560.00
12/25/16 County reported heavy black ice in the area of route 32.
12/27/16 Rt 218 closed due to a boulder in the roadway close to the Town of Highlands.
12/27/16 A caller reported that he witnessed 2 white males in a red pickup truck removing metal off of the tracks near Cornwall Landing. Subjects were located, railroad advised Police to send them their names and have them return the property.
12/28/16 A caller reported criminal mischief. A driver in a black Honda Civic and a maroon Taurus threw eggs at her residence and vehicle.
12/30/16 A caller reported a an injured black dog in the ditch off of Mineral Springs rd. The caller took the dog to Flannery Animal Hospital. The owner contacted headquarters then contacted Flannery Animal Hospital.
12/30/16 A caller stated that he saw a dark colored Chevy vehicle drive up to a residence at Roe Ave. and hit the mailbox with a bat. Police also take reports of criminal mischief on Cornwall Ave with a report of someone throwing eggs at a house from a balck Chevy.
12/31/16 Police respond to Cumberland Farms for a report of a physical fight in front of the store. Police arrest a male individual involved int he incident.
