I moved to Cornwall over 20 years ago. It is a great place to live and raise a family. There are changes coming to Cornwall and not all of them are good. The Village of KJ has acquired wells in Cornwall and plan to pump over 600,000 gallons a day for continuing expansion of Village of KJ population. Studies have shown those wells are meant to pump 160,000 a day. How will this affect Cornwall?
Mr. Randazzo has been Cornwall Supervisor on and off for the past 30 years. In 1999 he was Supervisor but left 2 weeks after the Town was offered the wells. In 2004 he informed the Town Board the wells were sold.
Mr. Randazzo has run for Orange County Executive, County Legislator and Assemblyman. All these positions require a person to be well informed to what is important for Orange County voters.
Mr. Randazzo’s been in politics a long time and he did not realize the disastrous potential by not keeping the wells in Town’s hands?
A few years back prior to becoming Supervisor, Randy Clark was the one who called attention to the fact that NYMA had a cash offer for purchase on the table. Randy Clark acted on it, and who knows where Cornwall would be if Randy hadn’t caught this.
I support Randy Clark for reelection because he has proven to me he’s all about what is good for Cornwall.
