Arrests
09/15/15 Gabriel P Toro, age 20, of New Windsor, NY was arrested and charged with reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, failure to signal, unsafe lane change, driving on shoulder and slope and unsafe passing.
09/16/15 Christopher M Arena, age 21, of Chester, NY was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree.
09/20/15 Christina C Fitzpatrick, age 19, of Newburgh, NY was arrested on a bench warrant.
Incidents
09/15/15 A young male walked into a store o Quaker Ave, tried on a woman’s dress and walked out of the dressing room to look at himself. An employee reported that the male had an erection. The male went back into the dressing room, walked back out still with an erection in underwear and high heels then proceeded to change into his clothes and walk out of the store.
09/15/15 A walk in complainant reported that mulptiple credit cards were taken out in his name.
09/15/15 Cornwall Fire Dept and Police respond to a residence for a report of Carbon Monoxide detector activation.
09/17/15 A caller reported that she received a phone call from an unknown person stating that they were the IRS and informed her that she was being sued.
09/18/15 A caller reported that her mailbox was struck by a vehicle on Shore Drive.
09/18/15 An iphone that went missing at the high school was later located in town using Find My iphone.
09/20/15 Police and Fire Dept respond to Harold Ave for a fire outside of a residence started by a cigarette butt.

It's illegal to have an erection while trying on dresses? that doesn't seem right.
