Cornwall Central High School’s Drama Club and Music Department are tickled pink to present the hysterical and highly charged musical – Legally Blonde the Musical – on April 16th through April 19th.

Based on the hit movie, Legally Blonde the Musical is a fresh and effervescent evening of non-stop musical fun, stylishly wrapped up in a smart pink bow! Elle Woods is the college sweetheart and homecoming queen who doesn't take no for an answer. So when her boyfriend dumps her for someone ‘serious', Elle puts down the credit cards, hits the books, and heads for Harvard Law School. Along the way, she is unceasingly supported by her sorority sisters, baited by the blue-bloods of Boston, learns a life-lesson or two, and proves that being true to one’s self never goes out of style.
This high-energy, pop-rock musical's fun and catchy score features music and lyrics by Laurence O'Keefe and Nell Benjamin, and a hysterical book by Heather Hach. Nominated for 7 Tony Awards when it first opened in 2007, Legally Blonde the Musical was the recipient of the Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Musical.
Performances are April 16th through April 18th at 7pm, and April 19th at 2pm. Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for seniors and students, except on Thursday, April 16th, where all seats are $8.00.
